At Nestle, Rich created their Innovation Immersion Program, established an internal venture capital board chaired by the CEO, and built out their Innovation Space to fast-track new projects.
In the U.S. Air Force, Rich taught leadership and strategy in a combat environment where success or failure equaled life or death.
